I'm not a Christian. I am not religious. The parts of the bible that I find the most distasteful are usually in Paul's writings. Obviously the bible can be used to justify any behaviour but Paul is the lowest hanging vines. I thought that Paul's writings were the most problematic and thought I was the only to notice it. Hubris on my part of course but I am surprised to find out others also have a distrust of Paul.

Even the very existence of this supposed figure called Paul/Saul has to be questioned, because other than his own writings there is no historical or theological evidence of him. There is however some evidence, albiet minute, on the existence of the Messiah. Josephus writes about him in his book Jewish Antiquties as does Tacitus in the Annals and Pliny in his letters to the Roman Emperor Trajan. No historical evidence showing the existence of Paul other than what he himself wrote and no connection between Paul's theology and the teachings of the Messiah or the ancient Jewish text.

The book of revelation was written about 100 years after the death of Christ; therefore, it is not reasonable they would’ve or could’ve thought of Paul as the antichrist. Paul met Jesus on the road to Damascus: Paul was chosen to receive the revelation of the mystery. The protestant Canon of 66 books is the word of God. Without Paul’s epistles the world had no hope, because the Jews rejected their Messiah. Ask them. Without the revelation given to Paul, there is no Grace Gospel nor Kingdom Gospel.

St. Paul the Apostle is not the Antichrist. The Apostolic Fathers (Polycarp of Smyrna, Ignatius of Antioch, Clement of Rome) quoted the Pauline epistles 21 times in their personal epistles; they obviously had upmost respect for St. Paul, non of them deeming him as the Antichrist. Furthermore, The Early Church Fathers from the early 2nd-4th century quoted the Pauline Epistles thousands of times. In addition, the earliest of Church tradition upholds that Paul was included into the original Apostolic group. Why would the Apostles themselves include Paul into the group if they believed he was the antichrist himself?
@1gremlins2
@1gremlins2 23 күн бұрын
He’s not the antichrist but he grossly misrepresented Jesus word and his ideas. Just because the apostles acknowledged Paul, that does not make his gospel correct. A lot of the rulings at that time was about politics and not necessarily about truth.

Saul of Tarsus, and how his influence is so ingrained in the religion, has always bothered me. Something has always nagged at me about it and I really think it's just intuition. Intuition that something just isn't right about the man. I feel like he hijacked the Way and I REALLY don't want to think that, but 🤷🏻‍♂️.. that nagging concern has never left me.

the message of Christ was so cleare he came to bring back what we lost in gen 3 ,government,dominion,kingdom of God,rulership,he never created earth to be empty as to Isaiah 45:18,psalm says heaven in my throne but earth i gave in to the children of men,Earth is heavenly colony and thats why 3/4of the world was colonized for us to get the concept,Christ is a king and kings owns kingdom,every kingdom is ruled by laws,principles,values producing a citizens that reflects the will of the king,that why lords prayer is a colonial prayer,But paul taught something totally different,he preached rapture,resurrection,abolishing of laws,going to heaven,separation from the world (systems that are governing earth)just stay cleaning for the coming of Jesus,this is demonic teachings,that gives the devil a good chance to introduce his wicked to governing systems,and now the "church is always praying and fasting for God to change what he created them to change"

I responded to @EvanRoss-fv4ro, "Ok so what do we do when we break god’s commandments" but it was deleted ... so I will post it again. When you break G-d's commandments, you do the same as the Jews. When the Jews committed the sin of the golden calf, Moses petitioned G-d. It was then that G-d gave us his 13 attributes of mercy. (Google: 13 Attributes of Mercy) Yes, gracious is one of the attributes. If you break a G-d given commandment, you must be sorry and ask G-d to forgive you. If you sin against a person, you must ask that person for forgiveness. Christians like to say, "Saved by grace." Does that mean you can be as bad as you wish? As for Christians saying that they are not under the Law... you don't get a free pass to murder people, etc. Nor can you murder somebody with the intention of asking forgiveness.

In 2 Peter 3, the apostle Paul is referred to as a ‘dear brother’ by the apostle Peter. We see here that Peter acknowledges Paul as a ‘dear brother’ (in the faith). In 2 Peter 3:16, there is a warning to anyone who would distort/twist Paul’s writings. You guys on KZfaq must be careful who you watch, as KZfaq is full of misleading videos. You must be careful not to be led astray. “Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” - 2 Timothy 2:15 Jesus Christ is Lord and Saviour! “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life” - John 3:16 “But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.“ - John 1:12-13. Always take what you hear back to The Bible and CHECK to see if what you're hearing adds up. God bless you all

Jesus died for the Law.. He came to fulfill the Law. We have to do our 100% best to seek God through the Law and His Word which is Jesus Christ. He chooses no one perishes but faith alone isn’t going to make it to Heaven. God is slow to anger but don’t keep trying Him. Jesus Christ is our Rock. If we seek Him more than our own lives He will be faithful in receiving us. It’s WORK it’s a verb. Faith without works is dead.

If you want to stay in darkness then stay in darkness, if you want the truth to set you free then let Him set you free, the mathematical pattern in the KJV Bible are literal miracle made right before our eyes, you have a choice, stay in darkness or be in the light.
