I believe Brent Cobb wrote this song for Luke. I heard a piece on NPR a few years ago so someone will have to fact check me.

Please remember no matter what kind of music you like it never goes away, you just have to try harder to find it. Country has never gone away the spotlight just moved to a different corner. I like the shadows better.

Artists were born and blessed with different talents. This case, Brent used is gift and talent to write a song a great singer (Luke Bryan) fell for it and make it his own. Became a great hit. It's a win win situation. Without great mind, there is no great hit.

mlynn , nothing, absolutely nothing, great about Luke Bryan's singing. He is average at best.

I honestly don't see the big deal... You crank up your truck in boots, we like it, it gets a million views and you get a check in the maill from google for ads. It's a win win
@auaiao911 жыл бұрын
People who sell trucks show the WHOLE TRUCK, not a 5 minute video of a boot and a pedal. You were aware of the comments and reactions you'd get when you posted this video and the other video, too. Surely you can't be that naive. Delete my comments and block me, I don't care. You know I'm telling the truth.

Did he sell the song to Josh Abott? Because Brent did a way better job with the song. Kind of annoyed his version isn’t on iTunes anymore.
