I foubd this video today, fours years later, and it helped me come to terms with things. I never went through something like Amber did, but I’ve struggled with loss and the fear of losing someone. About 3-4 years ago, I believe, I lost my great grandfather, and that was hard for me. Last year, my grandmother was diagnosed with bladder cancer and is thankfully in recovery. The scariest thought was the thought that I might lose her. This video also helped me come to terms with myself. To be honest, I’m not always in the best headspace, and I struggle with my self-confidence. I’ve been blessed to have such supportive and caring parents, but that’s why it hurts. When I finally told them how I feel sometimes, about how I can spiral and my ADHD makes it worse by hyper fixating on the spiraling, they were supportive of me. I personally didn’t see a therapist, but that’s because I found something else that worked for me, and that’s my method. We all have our own ways of healing, and it’s important to remember that. Anyone who stumbles across this comment, feel free to use it to talk about your struggles if you’d like, or just know that someone out there wants to say hi. Have a good day or night everyone, and remember that you are amazing, and your feelings are ALWAYS valid.

I know that Alec doesn't like being on camera, but as he said, he looked really comfortable with you and I'm so glad about that. He said he doesn't think he will ever release a better song than Let Me Down Slowly, but little does he know how many other magnificent songs he created. For example, some of my favorite songs are Shadow Of Mine, Oh My God, and Different Kind Of Beautiful, and these are only three of the MANY favorite songs of him. So Alec, you're freaking amazing and ALL your songs are absolutely masterpieces. I'm so thankful he's become more famous now, he deserves all the love and support in the universe ❤ I love you Alec and Eric ❤
