I ran into the same issue. I had to raise the bar of what gets shoulder mounted. It hasn't been fun

Is it cheaper to lease vs buy? I am skeptical if you put in all that work and money, then loose it in a couple years

He is leasing to buy.
@HuntinGrounds5 күн бұрын
If you lease it’s good to make a contact for at least 3-5 years so someone else doesn’t get the benefits of all you’ve done

Do they recommend caulking all the seams that snap together? Just wondering how watertight this thing will be after some years in the field.

They just snap. They have seals and overlap. You won’t have leaks

Stack those big rocks you dumped in the lake a few high and the bass will hold to them better. The more obvious and stark the structure the better.

the Persimmon trees you're showing are all American Persimmons correct...? & how did you get so many of them..? did you buy them & plant them...? I found 1 wild American persimmon on my 10 acres in Southern Ohio, , it's 20' tall & produces a few fruit....but i got the fever so i bought 1 potted 7' tall Kaki Jiro & 2 Ichi-Ki-Kei-Jiro trees & 2 Kieffer pear trees & am about to set up a tree house/deer stand up hill just to the east of the 5 fruit trees.... nice video & i subscribed..

So I never liked the idea of feeders. They congregate deer to a specific area which could cause predator and disease issues. I think it is better to spread 4 or 5 piles well away from each other throughout your property and never repeating those spots in a year. Also, only place feed out again 2 weeks after they have eaten it all so they aren't reliant on it.
