What the heck are they doing to those helmets? Seems like they should be getting some KP and latrine duty for not keeping their equipment tip top.

Love the cgi; I’ve a thing for the story via space battles and documentaries, due to my sometimes having a hard time with dialogue - although this one was pretty good. But “This is Outlaw, come in Renegade1” still makes me cringe a little. I know, I know, fighter pilots are supposed to have silly jock names, but Outlaw and Renegade1?? How about something different like ‘Grifter’ and slanging up to saying “Ren1, come in Ren1” or “Nice shooting, Ren3!”? Names that kinda roll off the tongue a little?

Great use of original Star Wars visuals. You didn’t reinvent the wheel but you were faithful to the original movies and it all looked very polished. Using shots and angles that GL used in the first movie gave it a great feel and very authentic. My only criticism would be the use of Y-wings to patrol and some of the actors looked a little out of place but the shots and the dialogue were well put together.. Top notch!

It would not be a star wars fan film without "I've got a bad feeling about this!" Seriously, though, this so much better than what the "professionals" put out. Extremely well done!

It's interesting to watch a picture about a young Kael. He must be about 25-30 of age in this video, and he doesn't have battle scars like in the movie. About his backstory, I think I had read that he got his rank because he poisoned his rivals.

Good job making Kael into a medieval Darth Vader.

I swear the way this fight scene was made along with the fan film, totally 80s like it felt something straight out of the 80s you really cant find something like that nowadays everything now is just brutal repetitive violence, slitting peoples throats, cutting peoples fingers, chopping peoples heads, everything is just so dark nowadays. Don’t get me wrong it’s not that I can’t handle brutal violence. I just hate the fact that mostly everything is like what I mentioned. It feels like the same thing and it needs to stop. Anyway great film!!

Great observation. The original Willow had little to no visual gore, as it was made for kids. The gore in Willow was insinuated with sound effects, so we tried to emulate that to be true to the source material. Thanks for watching, and please share!

I think the series would have been way better ... but you would have to deal with another Dark Queen. You know, the one who absolutely wants to have LGBTQ romance and Girl Power included in every show ...

@@RogueSharkPictures well, Kael was a tough son of a bitch I ever saw in Willow, he killed many men in battle and he seemed to be unkillable. He scared 😱 me as a kid because of his skull helmet and I'd recognized him anywhere. I am also watching the Willow series that turned up just now and Kael was a ghost in one of the episodes fighting one of the main characters with his sword repeating a few of his lines from the movie we know him from. When Kael appeared as a ghost the fear I felt back in my childhood returned instantly 😢. He's been dead since Madmartigan killed him in his last battle on earth.
