This is the first house I’ve seen on your channel that I legitimately could see myself raising a family in, what a beautiful estate

Nice to hear the old music back. Such a throwback. Takes me back to the 1000 Laurel Way property. One of my favourites

Perfect as always Enes--Love the house---simple and elegant and not overly done---I would change the lighting in the dining room and walking across grass to and from the pool is not the best---If the furnishings are in the 2 million range at 64 million I would pay 66 million and take some of the basics adding person pieces and art work---Love to buy a house from you Enes

love the house it so stunning

What I find interesting is how Enes uses the word "moment" to describe specific spaces. I thought the word moment was referring more to a measurement of time.

Before you get this place, be prepared to spend 2 million dollars a year on cleaning equipment alone. And another 2 million dollars to pay for your 20 employees cleaning and running the place for you every day.

If someone has 200Mill to spend on a house they can afford 4 mill a year.
@stactionsmedia3318Сағат бұрын
@@user-og3ti3bp3w Dude wait, do you think people buy these things with their own cash????? Lol. It's bank rolled by loans upon loans. Think of it this way, a person gets relatively wealthy, say has about 10 million dollars in their bank account. He then gets a bank loan, of 50 million dollars to set up a business or build a house. He sells house for 65 million, and profits by 15 million, however cleaning costs, advertising, taxes, interest on his loan, living and other expenses brings his profit to about 7 million. He now has 17 million and applies for a bigger loan, say of 100 million to start a chain of restaurants, with a 25 percent interest on that loan to be paid in full after 10 years. He succeeds, and pays back his loan, but because of this has no real profit in his restaurant chain yet, and so needs an even bigger loan...500 million dollars. Juat to run the business properly. His business booms, and he buys a 200 million dollar house. *BUT HE HASN'T PAID BACK THE 500 MILLION DOLLAR LOAN YET* He bought the house to increase his networth via real estate, just so he can pay off an existing loan, whe he resells the house and other assets.

You couldn't pay me to buy this "home". You'd need a full security detail on the premises 24/7. What kind of way is that to live a free life? And if a house is so big that it has an echo in every room it is not a home to me. But that's my opinion.

Your reviews, as always, are excellent - respect, but the house itself is already a thing of the past (exterior + interior - it’s high time for reconstruction).!!!
