Minimizing pressure loss means you achieve full boost pressure much sooner, which is what tube and fins are great at

GET A PROFESSIONAL TO INSTALL. IT IS FAR FROM AN EASY DIRECT INSTALL. The front took 4 hours, that was the easy part. Dropping the subframe to install the rear is an option. Dropping the cradle isn't much of a better option. Minimal information for install. Not very entry level like advertised.

I just covered the perforated pipes with sheet metal and hose clamps. I did not put the packing back in either. It sounds great. I welded it back up with Oxsee acetylene. It wasn't pretty but it work I think you guys did it the hard way.

We put the packing in because we found the sound to be cleaner. But glad you were able to do your own and are enjoying it.

I know this is 8 years old, but how's the drone? I had a 3" Rev9 catback and the drone killed me. Got a Cobb Catback now and I love how quiet it is, but I'm pretty sure my flexpipe is torn and I want to go catted. Don't want it to be obnoxious and kill me though.

Ester oil is extremely acidic. It will absorb moisture faster then anything. I am nervous it will eat up my gaskets

Most likely Sport/Performance, as the Race version doesn't have valve controls. The Race version is designed very similar to MPE, but louder because of the very small balance box.

Car becomes more comfortable with stability. There is still some bumpiness to it but it got controlled a lot better then the stock.
