I know the Guards regiments are ceremonial so drill is taught. The other regiments, what is the point? The Army no longer fights in formation like during The Napoleonic Wars. The special forces don't do it at all or even shout. I ear The Booties have minimal drill and don't shout at their men. If these excellent organisations don't bother why the hell would non-household regiments bother?
