Its a complete FRAUD please do not purchase a single machine or equipment from this FRAUD Company our company had purchased milk bottle filling and washing unit from them and firstly it took so many days for the delivery after that machine was not up to the mark bottle me 1 liter fill hi nahi hota half liter ke baad machine ruk jati hai bahut baar call karne pe bhi Company Owner Mr Dhananjay Singh ka koi response nahi hai washing machine ka Heater 1 week me hi kharab ho gya jise liye bhi koi replacement nahi tha aur na hi in logo ne dobara koi response dikhaya.......after all this 4 months ke baad filling machine bhi band ho gyi kyoki uska VFD(main drive of motor) kharab ho gya jiski waranty 1 year thi after calling Mr Dhananjay inhone bola ki drive bhej dijiye apko nayi doosri drive mil jayegi hamne yahan se drive bhej diya and see what hame nayi drive to mili nahi uske baad hamari apni drive repair hoke bhi nahi mili and Mr Dhananjay has stopped receiving our calls and messages. he didnt even understand ki hamara milk business hai and hame kitna loss hua hai......pathetic service and product from VEENA PHARMA Please do not buy any product from this FRAUD Company if you do not want to face any loss... ..
