Thank's that's very helpful, but is there a way to share a single form link that updates records in my Airtable? Ex. If the email address matches an email address in an existing record, update the existing record. If the email address does not match an email in an existing record, create a new record.

im trying to learn zapier or automations. im non an IT guy or anything. but where do you get the formulas necessary to put in?

In which use cases would be fillout scheduling a better solution than acuity?

I really like Softr. Unfortunately they have very limited login protections instituted at this time. No OTP, 2FA, etc… For me this means nothing can go in the portal that matters in case of breach. Any ideas to deal with this lack of security? Thanks for all your amazing content!

It seems you still can't format the result of a formula - do you know if that is still something that might be coming?

This was one of the main Advantages of SmartSuite.

Please make a video about workarounds so that submitters can edit linked records, not just adding, selecting and unselecting.

If a user sign in for the first time with his magic link, then how can he set up his account to be able to sign in a usual way like email-password / Google sign in?

Hey Gareth, I'm trying to figure out how to create a "loop" in my automations. I was successful in Airtable, but I'm wanting to move to SmartSuite. I'm trying to schedule clients for weekly sessions that last for an entire month (or based of an end date). I built an automation loop that is supposed to end when the conditions exceed the "End Date" field. It's initiated by a single select "Create" option and the trigger is when a record is updated. I made a second automation that updates that new record to match the conditions of the first automation in order to start it all over. Everything runs great, but the second automation doesn't trigger the first one. Again, Airtable can do this, but SmartSuite can't for some reason. Any workarounds or thoughts?

There’s a lot to like about the new interface design, but buttons is one thing that I’m not completely fond of because now we don’t really have any choice about where the buttons live. I keep thinking this is going to change again, I guess because it doesn’t really feel right to me. I really like the new dashboard layout in the way that you can drill into numbers, graphs and pivot tables. I’m finding so many uses for this. I can build a complete app out of the dashboard now.

Hi Gareth! Thank you so much for sharing this! It will be a big help for my organization. However, I keep getting the error "There is no scenario listening for this webhook" when I push the button. I believe the Watch Responses module isn't passing the record_id. I can't see the record_id in the Get a Record module, even though the record info flows through the Drive module to the Update a Record module. I'm finding this a bit confusing. Could you please help me out? 🙏 Thanks!
