So healing. I keep coming back to this track each evening to de-stress while going through positive affirmations and scanning my body.

To all here suffering from whatever is tormenting you. I'm here to tell you all that I lived a good 70 percent of my 60 years on this planet plagued with horrible depression, anxiety, trauma, pain, addiction, loneliness, and abandonment in my youth. In the past 10 years I have managed to reverse it all and today I am pretty happy and content. I'm not 100% there, but most days are good. If I can do it, so can you. Give it all to God and let Him guide you! It will get a little better every day.

VERTIGO WARNING - I have chronic vertigo and I can't listen to this without becoming nauseous. I also can't wear earplugs in an MRI. Something about how my heartbeat sounds in my ears and this music feels the same. I hope it works for others. Vertigo family - make sure you can listen before you sleep with it on.

Only a few seconds made me cry, immediately when I heard I I stated to feel something perhaps a weird sense of a little bit of relief (past few days been tougher than usual) then tears started welling up so I stopped. I’ll try again later. Honestly did not expect anything to happen..

I think I may revisit the eye movement therapy/technique again with my therapist. I think understanding more how I might use it under this type of relaxation state might help me deal with this crippling anxiety I'm getting at night. Many changes recently on top of some real work in therapy. This bilateral music therapy is newer to me. This is my second week using it. The help/relief it's providing me is priceless! Many many appreciations

hi, bilateral music is really soothing because it helps to regulate your nervous system. You can look into nervous system regulation for more information if you'd like. Wishing you immense healing♥️

I love all these solo bilateral beats. So relaxing....and builds confidence for me with the stability and regularity. The ones with music are really good as well. The beat is not overpowering but brings order and coherence to the music. Thank you very much for making the effort!
