I am a disabled person. I have limited use of my hands because of arthritis. I also have shoulder problems which make it difficult to self-clean after using the toilet. I was given one of these by the occupational therapist. I tried it and found it useless, far too big and difficult to use. I found that using an old toothbrush with toilet paper wrapped around the bristles works great. I find many of the aids offered by my occupational therapist such as raised toilet seats that are very small don't work. Disabled people should be consulted about their problems by the designers before making these useless products
