Hello from the States! I'm a WFH Customer Service/B2B Representative for a Fortune 500 Company that shall remain nameless. This video is quite accurate, except I am married with a four year old, so as soon as I "clock out" for the day I start my other job as a husband and dad. Pretty much the same, though. My office is my man cave! Where to start though? Not the worst job I've ever had, but not great either. I recommend NOT working for a company that does furniture as the furniture industry has gone to hell. Then again, I wasn't aware when I took the job that I was going to be in the furniture industry...so... Avoid leads like a plague, as the surest way to get good reviews (which our metrics are based on) is to get the customer off the phone quick. Learn all your tools and know your company and job like the back of your hand and you will do well. I have accepted a job offer for the government for better pay and benefits. We'll see how it goes.

Sis where did you get your curtains from?! Are they see through?! I’m looking for some that let the light in but no one will be able to see in! Do you feel like you get good privacy with them?! 🌸💕

Yup that’s exactly how my routine is just at night and in canada! Same stuff tho . WFH call centre . Retention and credit operations for one of Canada’s largest service providers . What I don’t like about it is the feeling you are glued to the desk , I was a team leader for a bit and it was so much better lol but they needed ppl on the front line 😢 Thanks for the vid I loved it ! Keep shining girl x

From a call center rep, how did you get away with filming and posting it!?
@tillylouise7 ай бұрын
I no longer work in a call centre but at the time when I did and posted this video, I never mentioned who I worked for, never shared conversations or any private information about our clients or the company I worked for. So I haven’t done anything apart from film me! For all you know I could have just filmed myself talking to myself😂😂

That's what I was thinking but your company didn't have like a no technology on the floor rule? I'm not trying to rat you out or get you in trouble! I DEFINITELY don't know you, but I work in a call center... I think I already said that, but I wish I could. My shit is so sensitive I work with and my company is very strict, but I also have an employee for over 7 years now so...
@user-tc5dp5qf2t7 ай бұрын
So basically you don't work for them anymore SO you posted it now? I don't know if I said this already but I'm not trying to get in trouble I have no clue who you are I'm just curious

Im also a call centre agent working both places home and office so the best part is my work isn't that bad but the shift time and hours is really tough.😢 So, I've already completed survived one year at the same place. Just wanted to see some vloggs about Call centre and your video popped up. Tbh, whether it is a young person or adult you can't stay in the same job for more than 2 years its a waste of time. Listening to the same complaints and telling the customer the same things and maintaining your patience, being calm when they get angry. Sometimes when they hear the same things again and again they get frustrated and cut the call before you finish. All The best to all gents❤❤

I start training next month for a remote position in insurance for a company, I’m excited because I want to work from home( 1st time mom with a 4 month old). I have a family member who works for the same company and says they are flexible with schedules and they have a lot of stay at home moms who work there remotely as well. Im hoping I will be able to have my baby home with me while I work. My husband will be home the whole time I work because he works midnights, but he will need to sleep at some point too during the day. During training we are still planning on taking him to our familie’s to watch so I’m not distracted while training so I can take in all the info I can. Im planning on feeling it out to see if it is something where my baby can be home with me during the day where I can tend to him if need be like feeding or changing. My sister says she thinks I will be able to have him home because I’ll be able to be “away” if need be to tend to my baby. But I will see how it goes fingers crossed.

@@Ccchelseaoliviaaa I made it 10 and a half months, I was top in metrics for the campaign. I ended up quitting with an open door to come back when my baby is a bit older. It was becoming depressing working everyday whenever my baby would be loud I would have to put him in his crib and I felt like I was punishing him and I couldn’t take it anymore. Now I’m not working, planning on going back to work for this company when he is a bit older. It was perfect timing because a couple days after I quit my bb started crawling and getting into everything, I would have not been able to watch him and work on phones right now.

I work as an armed guard at frost bank at the gate. Today they told me I can’t thumbs up people, I can only wave. They then told me no AirPods. I asked the janitor about his job and told him about mine. My manager calls me to tell me I’m not allowed to recruit other contractors to security ??? Not my intentions but okay. I’m DREAMING of a work from home position. I want to work for frost as a call center agent to get paid $20 an hour instead of $17 and to have a regular schedule and to possibly work from home and not carry a gun to work. I hope they hire me! I’m going to meet with someone who I’m paying to help revamp my resume today.

We live in a new build our 1st house and we've just had our kitchen walls tiled, we had a navy splashback and no longer have it. We found having our kitchen walls tiled it looks more finished. We're over the moon with ours. It's much easier to clean with tiles. I have OCD with cleaning and like my house spotless like yourself x

I know it’s weird but the pots where your shed is remove that slab 😂and put it where you need it and put stones under the pots or remove two from an inconspicuous area from the corner that could be filled with stones
