Ttk service is misleading customer.My gasstove was required service.On searching website for contactno I was misleaded by kerala office at Kochi.They have given several phone nos.No body is taking phone for several hours trials for getting their service personnels.Luckily.i got.the person but could not get a serviceno on technical problems.Is there any officer of the ttk in their service ho in Bengaluru or Kochi?What an aftersalessevice?How can customer believe in ur products and sevices.When will my gadget get serviced in time?😂😂😂

This product is absolute garbage. The blade snapped the very first time I used it, which is unacceptable. When I tried to blend dosa batter, it couldn’t even manage that simple task-the result was far from a proper paste. On top of that, the noise it makes is like drilling into a wall. This is a complete waste of money and a total scam. The brand’s reputation fooled me into buying it, but it’s not worth a penny. Avoid this product at all costs. I want the head of the brand to contact me ASAP. I bought this product in India and brought it to the UK, and now I can't even return it. I need a resolution to this issue immediately. I would also like to know the purpose of this product since it fails to perform its basic functions.

I bought, thinking it's good with lifetimes glass warranty. The silicon around burner is meleted. My gas top looks ugly and there is no one who can help me clean that glass top or help me replace it. They say lifetime warranty but mine is wasted within a year. So dissatisfied with the service.
