I seen videos where people have the same problem and the heat up the head and push it down. I dressed my Meena with the first top and the skirt with the heels. My Meena is ok but I ordered a Kim from Amazon and she's a mess. That melted leg issue you have, my Kim has that. My Kim is also missing hair and blue paint in spots.

This was my second Frankie and is still one of my favorites. I love the hair too. I don't love the shoes like you do but I get it. I gave them the Neon Frights boots and top and it matches so well.

Put boiling hot water in a bowl deep enough to submerge Meena's head. Have Meena in a water-tight plastic bag, and hold her head in the hot water until the head vinyl is soft. This will take a few minutes since RH heads are so hard. Then see if you can press down on the head to seat it correctly. Good luck! Also, with changing out legs for Meena and others, do the same thing by heating the vinyl first. Edit: I'm sorry about her quality control issues. I had to get Meena twice before I got a decent one, and she isn't perfect. Series 4 is notorious for bad QC.

Dang, I've only been interested in the winter one also, but never got yet. Didn't realize she was hard to get. I'm in the U.S. and yea...don't see her on Amazon. Haven't checked Walmart or Target yet.

Did you know morticia's little rose she has pops off the stem because she used to cut them off in the movie and just keep the stems 😅. So cute. Pacific Coast was not a financial success for MGA. The $31 price and lack of a 2nd outfit really hindered the line. There were plans for a 'Series 2' but sadly by that point the decision had been made to discontinue the line. All that aside I love Harper. She tends to be overlooked for more colorful dolls but I appreciate the more natural looking dolls. Fun fact: She actually takes a little inspo from Nicki Minaj. You know that meme where Nicki is like " did I f**king lie!!!" lol? Nicki's whole fit is Burberry in that video. They even gave Harper an exaggerated British accent which Nicki is known to talk like from time to time. I love little nods like these.💖

I have Harper too and like her a lot, though I agree that they asked too much for what you get. I also agree about the shoes! The foot switch gimmick is faulty so be careful. Put both sets of legs in just-boiled water to soften the plastic before switching out the feet to avoid stress marks in the plastic.
