Jimi Hendrix couldn't fucking hold Stevie Ray Vaughan's fuckin jockstrap in my opinion... Hands down, Stevie Ray was absolutely a ridiculously better guitarist..... I obviously love Jimi as a guitarist, but I really don't think there's a comparison here, I can't believe people even think there is one

I’ve been looking for some real fireworks in Buddy’s playing like people talk about and I knew I’d hear some when I saw he jammed with Hendrix, who really took that side of Buddy’s playing to another level. The student becomes the master Yadda yadda.
