It's a gasket, not a ring. Why would you have to replace the body, they don't go bad. IF you changed 1 gasket at a time you would not need 2 people.

I worked for Panda Express for about 13 years and I was BOH chef . The manager would always ask me to change the burner but at first I was nice enough to change it. After I’ve noticed that the manager was taking my kindness for weakness so I had to stop helping completely. They were using me to save money . So my question is it against the he law for them making me do this type of work if I wasn’t certified for the job cuz I was only there to cook for them .

The ones at work are really bad , if I remove em and just soak em overnight would it work ..like it’s really bad lol

You're required to place either silicone or plumber's putty under that ring inside the sink. you have no waterproof seal underneath that flange!
