I had this happen when I was 13 it was the day after coming back from the beach, before I knew what had happened I assumed it was Blue Balls, it lasted half a day and my left nut was stuck in my waistline and wouldn’t go down.

Rostral generally means toward the nose (beak) and caudal means toward the tail. There are specialized meanings when it comes to nasal septum. The caudal septum is the most inferior and anterior area of the septum, just behind the membranous septum. Why use these specialized terms? Because the nose is more complicated than a simple cylinder or box.
