Never knew Neil loves the the beach so. The beach feeds my soul just like Neils' music does. It's no wonder because I'm a EARTH sign. I talked in comments before about my best friend & I going to the river during summer. She plays guitar & we both sing. People just come up & hang out because we're doing Neil songs. But the one thing I've never mentioned about all that is the people that are going there( this is a nice size river in southeastern Alabama called The Chactawahatchee) are littering up the place so bad. You would think that folks that go there wouldn't be doing that. People just don't give a shit anymore. Every time I go, I'm taking bags & picking up everybody's fucking trash while I'm there. It's disgusting. From diapers to even fishing trash. It pisses me off more every time I go, because it's forever increasing. I enjoy the river for a bit then off to work instead of enjoying the river the whole time. The thing is, is that I never catch any of them so I can let em have it. And I want to so bad. THANK YOU NEIL FOR YOU AND ALL YOU DO. Much Love To You Forever From Lower Alabama.

kinda crazy that norm lived in denial about how handsome he was his whole life. He was better looking than everyone on friends. Never got the handsome guy love.

I spent all weekend listening to any Louie Anderson I could find. His books on Audible, his clips on KZfaq. I absolutely will never stop missing him. Louie was just my favorite favorite person. I love you and miss you so much Louie.😢

Norm clearly likes chatting with Marc which was kinda weird for me because I always thought Marc Maron and Bill Maher were really similar. Norm had made Maher the butt of a lot of jokes, but its clear from this interview with Maron Norm believe Marc is a pretty honest character.

Yes I'm I love with her Lou .However you and that girl what are you stupid I think you are because I am familiar with that affliction . I was gonna suggest a honeymooner's, Rob and Laura two different approaches ya know what I'd be afraid it would interfere with ur creativity as individuals. Honestly the balance hmmmm.

I pity anyone who enjoys Maron as "relatable" or whatever for being flawed, fighting your demons, wrestling with negative energy, etc. If you're holding on to shit/issues in your 40s and 50s you're a fucking loser. He is the epitome of all the negative stereotypes of comedians. 36:00-ish "what I do is fueled by a certain rage" Lmaooo what a loser. Good lord do you need to grow up. This dork is still in his angry young man phase. Yes I know this is interview old but judging by the shots he's taken at Joe recently he hasn't changed. Imagine being in your 50s and being the same person you were ten years ago. Total loser.

Norm actually says in this interview that he obsesses with worry about his upcoming illness and death. Of course, Marc Maron took that to mean the eventual mortality we all face, but Norm was hinting at what was really happening to him.

Why does Maron need to acknowledge EVERY thought of his guest with a verbal “right”, “yeah yeah”, “okay” “uh huh”, etc.” ? Must be a nervous tic. Very annoying and unprofessional.

Such a smart dude. So thoughtful and intentional in everything he did. And gracious too. He lent his skills to all sorts of bands and made his studio accessible for people who weren't "rock stars" and didn't have major label money to spend. R.I.P. Steve Albini. A true one off, if there ever was one.
