Ma'am, I'm going to have to ask for my hair type, eye color and same denim jacket that I bought back from you I'm kidding, but it was weird to pull up this vid and see my doppleganger staring back at me lol

❤ love this! Very helpful. My hair is about 18 in long overall. The hair by my temples is the shortest maybe 6 in. That happens to be the hair that gets in my face the most. Sadly what I usually end up doing is getting so frustrated that I pulled some of it out! Not a good thing. Thank you so much for posting this I will subscribe and you be safe! 😎😺💖

i wear my hair in a ponytail everyday but i feel insecure with the way it looks so i recently found out that i like wearing headbands to keep my hair out of my face. how do you take care of your hair? :o i have thick hair too and very stubborn hair, it puffs out(?) when i touch it too much, i rather avoid using hair straighteners because i saw people got scars from accidents :sob: do you have alternatives? sorry for bad english ;u;

$180?! It’s now $245! 😒 what I’m confused on is that it has no padding for the breasts. You can see the nips and that’s strange

I actually got the socks for Christmas and have really enjoyed them so far. They did shed initially but haven’t now that I’ve washed them and worn them a couple of times. I was considering buying the blanket just because I’ve heard that you can actually get them on sale at a retailer store for half off sometimes. I haven’t seen that, but that might convince me to buy. Also the pajamas look so comfortable. 😅

I bought one pair and sent them back. Fit was too loose. Also, I'm wondering if the front pockets float out while in the water... like rabbit ears? If so are there any available with zippered front pockets? Which are the best for swimming or ocean/beach?

Thank you so much for this video, I was trying to figure out whether to buy a pair on Vinted as I've had my eye on a pair of AGOLDE for so long now and was worried about the sizing. But I'm the same size as you and normally take a 26/27 in Levis so your explanation of the sizing was SO useful and I've gone for the jeans - at £90 too! Thank you again, awesome review video. x

Can you put a bottle of water inside the standard Alunna?

I'm not sure you could fit any water bottle in there. Perhaps you could squeeze one of the short, 8 oz bottles, but you would not be able to snap it shut.

When you mentioned that they hand cut the fabric by placing patterns on where it isn't cut, that actually raises a red flag for me. Fabric has grain line, the horizontal and vertical lines. When not cut along the grain lines the garment will turn out screwed, which is what cheap fashion does to reduce cost. I would not expect a 200$ piece of garment to literally cut corners like that, but maybe this swim wear fabric is exempt from that. Suspicious but I will do more research on the fabric before paying for one. Great information, thanks!
@LMentsOfStyle

I didn't mean to raise alarm. I also said they use leftover fabric to make scrunchies, etc so there is little to no waist. Note that you can also place fabric to hand cut and it be really nice ie on the bias, which is more expensive, but based on your comment I think you might already know that based on your knowledge. I don't think fast fashion brands have the time / budget in their margin goals to pay people to hand cut vs a machine. I'll also say that this fabric is very unique in its stretch / scrunch. I haven't personally seen a bolt of it, but from owning the suits, I will say there isn't a traditional warp and weft that we see on most clothing today. I would still recommend trying it out for yourself and seeing what you think. Thanks for watching my video and taking the time to comment!

I don’t think so. Some people have tried microneedling for acne scars. I would suggest asking a professional in a dermatology office to see what they would recommend. Good luck!

Any tip on keeping clips in your hair? Mine slide down my hair and I have thick hair as well
@LMentsOfStyle
@LMentsOfStyle Жыл бұрын
I would honestly try to just get sturdy clips. A lot of them out there are not sturdy. Mine honestly break all the time. I can use them to pull my hair back, but if I pile it in a bun / depending how long my hair is, I def can't jump around or anything like that / the clip doesn't stay up. Half up half down is usually my sturdiest clip style.

That's waaay too much money for a blanket. Idc if it's made out of gold. That's crazy!
@LMentsOfStyle
@LMentsOfStyle Жыл бұрын
To be fair, I bought mine on sale and you can often find them at nordstrom rack. It is a lot of money, but if you're buying 1 blanket instead of 5, it could end up being less money in the long run or at the very least contributing to less waste.

I agree, but I'm gonna let you in on a secret....people are selling these brand new on places like mercari and eBay for less than $50. If you keep your eye out, you can get one very discounted. I just got one that was used in "like new" condition for $30. Like someone just had it hanging on the back of their couch for a few months by the look of it.
