I would like to try these. I think they have a great flavor because she used so much good seasoning and even made a roux! I grew up on salt pork cooked in mustard greens. I have been eating collards with smoked turkey the last ten years. A good friend made some of the most delicious collards that were sauteed with olive oil, onion and garlic. There are so many ways to prepare greens and they are all good.
