This is the worst map I've ever seen since the launch of Valorant , this map has barely any type of defender or attacker game-play and the long as hell rotate that takes an actual whopping 10 seconds makes it so that if defenders lose a site control and attacker plant early , the defenders will literally have no other way of winning.The long as hell rotate makes it so that enemies will always 5 stack commit a site and because the sites don't have proper defender covers , defenders will almost immediately die unless a cypher is playing or sage is walling off site to prevent entry but that holds up for barely any time.Then there's the mid problem where there is quite literally a large advantage for any team that has proper aim , an enemy with a proper aim or high refresh rate monitor would easily clap mid cause again defenders can't contest mid after losing control.This is the worst map I've ever seen that only promotes "aim-based" game-play rather than like actual strategy game-play. Map made for iron game-play where you either rush or get rushed 👍.

The map is bad. It has the same verticality Icebox has so there are always 37 different angles you have to watch. It has a useless mid that will only get used to lurk, like Icebox. It is also massive like Breeze so rotates will take forever making the most viable strategy to just slam either site. Both sites have multiple plant spots where you can plant then leave and spam from the 37 angles that can see bomb, which is the problem with Pearl and Sunset B sites. It's like they wanted to put all the worst elements from every previous map into one pile of shit

Honestly the only issues i see on Abyss is where the Defenders are supposed to be to hold the site down. The sites are very open with very little cover (something id love to have as a Cypher player) and Mid, while not very worth it for Attackers, is a lot harder to deal with if they get control of it. Its the Icebox problem, if theres no way to contest Mid then its a lot stronger than usual. Sentinel utility is way too far back right now to reliably hold it for lurks and the only way is to commit Chamber and leave him there to actively watch Mid. Im sure there will be better ways later on since Abyss barely came out, but those are the current problems i can see. Its not Breeze or Fracture broken, but it’s definitely fixable like Lotus

Survive an op shot or vandal headshot but he’d still be low after that encounter so he can’t play the round out like nothing happened. He’d have to go run for a heal from somebody or play more cautious. Also as a past astra main, she is insane under team conditions but she needs A LOT of communication from her team for effective utility timing. They nerfed a lot about her which is good for pro play but she’s honestly a bottom tier solo queue pick now unless ur in high ranks where people actually talk a lot. I’m in ascendant and I am lucky to have even 2 teammates talking per game.

Iso buffs were NOT the main talk AT ALL but now its a major issue?? Deal with it

He's gonna get balanced. His E won't be rechargeable and his focus mode won't last more than 12 seconds (until orb refresh). This means that you can probably just stall out for 12 seconds before engaging against ISO. It won't stop him from snowballing if he is being helped by capable controllers and initiators though. But the alternative is to make the agent dogshit like he was before. I think they should further debuff him to 10 seconds focus/shield duration.

What my recommendation to balance ISO is, is instead of tanking 100 it should be 75% if incoming damage and also if you beat him in his ultimate you should get respawn WITH HIS SHIELD 🛡️ especially because people camp at your respawn point. Dont yall agree the Reward shield would be cool? Also Skye rechargeable flashes would be sooo cool, i main her recently , also she should be able to self heal herself for only 25hp or even 25 shield each round 😊

YESSSS FINALLY SOMEONE ACKNOWLEDGES THE SHEER BULLSHIT THEY'RE DOING TO SKYE!!! They took away the third bird, made birds non-rechargeable, decreased it's flight time, forces it to flash (thus removing fake flashes), nerfed pop flashes, Decreased the dog health, decreased the dog duration, made the dog not able look around when jumping, made the concussions not work if the dog is broken, Decreased the cabbage health, made it have an indicator for the enemy. All of this bullshit but Iso can tank rockets and Ops and neon can be 100% accurate while sliding.

Maybe cause the agents you listed were actually good unlike iso whose bin useless since release

Okay let's discuss these topics, Iso shield is a good ability won't deny that, however it's also his only good ability, the vulnerable is low impact at the best of times and the wall is to small to actually take a relevant amount of space, plus iso unlike other duelists has no real entry util, no flash, no high mobility option, and his ult is one of the weakest ults in the game. Just because it blocks hit of damage, which btw means a single tick of a molly breaks it, doesn't make it broken. Don't force a duel when he has shield, use util to either break it or give you an advantaged gun fight and hit him one more time. For breach, this goes for concusses in general, they suck concuss is just outright the weakest CC in the game so yes breach stun works, however it's a concuss so it's only so good. For astra, astra is the weakest controller in the game she needs buffs, doesn't mean iso is busted. For skye, I have to assume you didn't play old days of skye being the most oppresive character in the game, she does not need rechargeable flashes, they are indestructible, can flash an area far away, and give info, skye is in a perfectly fine state. Overall the iso buffs are not irrelevant but they aren't some gamebreaking overpowered gigabuffs that have no counterplay, you have to treat Iso like you did last patch since all that actually happened is he doesn't need a kill. Hit him with util and don't force fights when you're at a disadvantage

Iso was about taking fairs 1v1 and if u win the 1v1 you get a bonus for the next one. Now it's about going in a 1v1 with a huge buff, and as u keep winning those unfair 1v1, u keep having ur adventage
