This is only somewhat accurate. It's true, support is quick to respond. However, in my experience they rarely if ever provide any actual support. More often than not, they simply just refer you to their online articles about whatever issue you may have. Unfortunately, those generic articles don't resolve many specific issues and when told that information to the support chat... They simply keep repeating it. I had my page flagged for TWO YEARS from a post that was incorrectly flagged. I spoke to dozens of support agents and they all said the same thing - your comment shouldn't have been flagged, we'll pass that along to get resolved. I lost two years of monetization bc of comments that shouldn't have been flagged. It eventually worked itself out over time, but to absolutely no help from support

Whenever I try to post any content that's not related to reaction videos, youtube doesn't push it. I'm thinking about rebranding the type of content i react to, which is still in the reaction realm...but the youtube algorithm is a big hurdle to overcome.
