Forgive for the necro, but I was wanting to know how to use pkhex for Insurgence specifically. I'm not finding how to export the save so I can use it with the program (I know where the save is, but I just cannot figure out how to use the save with pkhex). Any help would be appreciated.

can anyone help me out? I'm using pkhex to read and edit my heartgold file copied from my android, and everything is working fine except for 1 issue; about 3 of my pokemon from my storage box just wont show up in pkhex and therefore when i edit and export my save file, they end up disappearing ingame because pkhex never saw them. Anyone know how to fix this? (all my pokemon are legit im literally just trying to make my lapras female so I can teach it attract for the red fight lol) edit: idk why it wasnt working but after moving the pokemon (that weren't showing up) around in the storage box worked lol and now the new save file shows all of the pokemon in pkhex

I am currently nuzlocking Pokemon Run and Bun and for the life of me I cannot find a Togedemaru with the ability Lightning Rod, so to save time I'm trying to use PKHaX with the method that you showed in the video; however the PKHaX message pops up and when I try to open the .sav file, it opens but it doesn't show my pokemon correctly, for example my Luxio is shown as Kyogre XD I'd appreciate any help I can get guys.
