Wild and the free is my go to nightly listening 🎧 before I go to sleep. This song should be on the radio today. A beautiful story with an intoxicating melody. I seriously love it 💗. Absolutely brilliant 💯

P.u.s.h: Pray Until Something Happens . When you see a Jet plane flying over. Wait awhile for the vortex. The sound of the wind from the engine. Note the trees moving. " That is the Vortex." By the mountains is the wind passing. Then, it caused a vortex . "Nature has it's own way ". Regards from South Africa 🇿🇦. 🙏

California has so many distinct regions, but IMHO the North Coast is the most beautiful and the people are the best. Sonoma County is a great place to live.

People that know how to spray, have done too much to remember and reflect on the early days. So you now have some hands on experience and ALOT of WHAT NOT TO DO. If you find this an EPILOG to painting with the Wagner would be helpful. For instance, I saw how slow you were moving on the primer coats. Then you were buzzing around with the colour coat and especially the clear coat. Did you change the settings ? Did you trade off fast moving and more coats ? How in the H. could you tell where you had sprayed clear coat and where not ? Small jobs memory is able to say I did here no I will do there ! But 40 feet and 8 feet high, too much for instant memory, can you actually tell where the latest clear coat has landed(where not ) ? Most of all, you got to rewind and o it again from the start, what is the major change, or better put, for the painting of my next bus I would ....... How did you deal with the bugs leaves, dust that lands in the not yet dry paint surface ? i have seen videos talking about needing to polish up the finished paint job, to get the shine. You didn't and yet it looks great. FYI: Every tiny mistake I make while doing a job I notice. I can show you on my hardwood floors where I didn't offset and the ends line up, but no one else can. And in time it really doesn't matter. Your bus is beautiful and will out last because the extra effort you put into prep...Cheers

Years ago I tried a three day fast (Monday - Wed) weekly. I definitely felt a lot healthier. I did this for several months. I had read that the body rids itself of toxins in 3 days. Not sure if that info is still true, however, I definitely felt healthy doing the fasting. I didn’t include any food, only liquids, mostly water, no coffee, herbal teas. Anyway, congratulations on the idea and completing the goal.

We lived in Willits for 13 years. Thought we'd go to the coast a lot, thought I'd volunteer at the Mendocino Music Festival, but that one hour of twisty windy road - even in a compact car - was wearing. We ended up going over to the coast for breakfast in Fort Bragg and the music festival a couple of times a year and that was about it.

As a skier for 40 yrs now, if you want SPECTACULAR , come here in the winter ....Especially after a big snowstorm when it clears out and you have a bright sunny day the next day...For me , its my favorite scenario on planet earth...And there is so much to do in the Tahoe area all around the lake whatever time of yr it is and whatever your into....Also some fantastic day trips in the surrounding areas....Truckee, Reno, Carson City, Genoa, and one of my favorites Virginia City....Love that place especially during one of the little annual festivals they have there like the Camel Races (also usually a large bike run) the outhouse races, mountain oyster cookoff...Used to love the Hippie days festival but i dont think they do that one anymore ....

It would be better fasting in a cooler climate that way you both would have less headaches and that feeling of brain fog as that can cause serious affect in your health on hot days!.

Great job with the fasting. We’re going on a sugar fast… possibly the whole 30. Last time we did it was during our bus build. Made it 45 days! I was a bean pole 😄 I’d say the biggest challenge with a strict diet in the bus life is that the fridge is at arm’s reach. You w got to get out and do things to stay busy and keep your mind off of the food.
