The whole guitar aged to a piss yellow….Except the headstock….I guess the headstock is in Poly? While the rest of the guitar is nitro?

Nathaniel, I’ve got to say you have a much better “Playing Music Face”, than I do. My wife & 3 sons have told me for years “Honey/Dad you like go into a trace & your bottom jaw kinda falls open & you look like your a million miles away”, I know their right because I’ve caught myself doing it. Do you have to remember when doing videos to change your “natural”, playing face or are you just this in total; a complete master from how you play & how you look while playing? Great stuff man!

58 sounds best here. But couldn’t bring myself to give Gibson my money in this day and age. Too many other brands making equivalent stuff that don’t need to sue everyone to try and stay relevant

Most guitar brands are just legal scams. They add something useless (tonewood on E. Guitars) and they try to make you believe that it does a massive difference. This is one of the reasons most of us have a hard time finding an affordable electric guitar. Most guitar brands focus more on making tons of luxurious guitars rather than help aspiring guitarists get a decent piece without obliterating their banks. No way in hell I'm giving these greedy pigs my hard earned money.

I used to really want a PRS custom but honestly with the prices and the way Paul craps on about tone woods and disrespects the intelligence of his customers im totally turned off. I managed to score a second hand custom Dunable Yeti at a very good price and would rather one day give sacha the $$$ to make another custom for me.

That's when you've got the feeling at all. Utterly, no exhibition of "incredible fireworks" and demonstrations of "look on my work and despair, I'm the best", but pure understanding of what truly music signify.

This was most likely, the model guitar used to play rhythm on The Ventures, "Walk Don't Run." It's pictured on the cover of their first album. The story goes that they were no where around for the cover photo shoot, so staffers were used to take their place and "staff" guitars as well; but if you listen to the drive of that rhythm, you'll hear that it certainly was not a Stratocaster on the record, but a neck or "front" humbucking pickup of a Gibson. I am blessed to own a 1973 version of this guitar, and it is wonderful. That, from a player of 62+ years ... And this is an excellent video, all the way around.

I sold these brand new in the '70s, all but the 330's. They were fine guitars. I sold a an early '70s 345 to a really good customer, and years later, I heard that he was very glad I talked him into that over the 335.
