This is the worst place to buy a house.why lie to tenants that you have backup generators when light goes off,the lifts refuse to work then lie that lifts use tokens,since when since when? No wonder people don't purchase this houses anymore.....there are a lot of empty houses in komarock heights,and you sell houses after people live in them.you repeat painting on top of dirty paint.I highly regret buying a house in komarock heights and they are poorly built😡😡you can delete these comment because you delete comments of people after being exposed.stop lying to people then after selling houses you go missing you don't pick up calls after that.

Management is so bad the tenants can't access them at all there even pipe leaking and non is fixed be careful when you want to rent or buy a house here,plus they have borehole water where tenants pay high water bills compared to getting water from the Nairobi County water

The water bills sometimes come to 1000ksh and another thing I hate about this place is that they don't want to create shops within the gated community,that's like job creation too watu wako na magari huku wanakiburi sana the distance to the next shop is long,I would have preferred to have laundry, gas,small duka salon,etc businesses here or even a small playground for kids it would have made this place attractive but there are more gated places in Nairobi well made and even cheaper than here,all suggestions to management falls on def ears

What do you get for 200,000ksh a month from this apartment? Besides the 4 bedrooms? I'm searching something similar to 88Nairobi. 88Nairobi won't be completed until 2022/23.
