You know I think I’m general most of these are a step up. A lot of the updates maintain the spirit of the original designs. The ancients are the best. The biggest downgrade is probably the Gnolls. They look better, in the sense they’re higher quality. But they’ve lost their monstrous quality thanks to the eyes. Pretty obvious that they’ve been drawn by a furry (I know because I’m friends with a couple and they seem to just be obsessed with hyenas). Also we have official models for ancients of winds now! So that’s friggin awesome!

It’s called cultural differences, traditionally it’s not pleasant to see bone and blood, that’s it. They’ll still playing the game and you can get a patch to enjoy the original models if you feel like; I thinks it’s pretty good.

WoW will never be what it once was. So glad I played in vanilla and have all the fond memories before they (ahem Deathwing) screwed it all up. I love both types of models but I love the old ones most! As a blood elf main, I would have loved if they kept the night elf skeleton the old models have and mixed it with the newer blood/high elf features

Even some regular gamers in CN are weird. They are highly allergic to story settings where protagonist is met with hostility and reasonable distrust by other non-villain characters. It's like they reject anything that is not a typical "unicorns, roses, and power of friendship", almost like a childish behavior.
