I know this video is old but I stumbled upon it today and just had to say something. A week of skin fasting is absolutely NOT enough. The skin getting worse during that time is normal as it’s not used to not getting drowned in products, it has basically unlearned to take care of itself, which is a major issue. Skin fasting should be done for multiple months and you’ll only are able to see improvements after at least one month. Also, eating processed sugars, processed foods and alcohol during that time is the worst you could do, no wonder that your skin was feeling so bad during this one week. With a proper well nourishing diet, this one week would have been different for you already. Humans are animals, we don’t need 100+ products on our skin, it’s absolutely wonderfully able to take care of itself if you let it be and know how to nourish your skin from the inside out.

Just trying it today it burns somewhat the cream. The cleanser was very soothing. It could be because I use Adapalene but did not use it with this of course. But yes be careful it does irritate a bit. So I have combo skin I will see what my face looks like in the morning ❤❤❤❤
