I can see people getting pissed at getting their boats dinged up by fisherman bouncing jig heads and the like off their boats. Kind of like having someone throwing rocks around your truck in the parking lot. Sometimes we're our own worst enemy.

What a douche. Here in Southern WV we have a new national park/preserve...new park, new people with a penchant for assuming they own the water and lots of no tresspassing signs. Had to call DNR on a richy rich that harrassed me while i walked the river bank. DNR officer told money bags to cease and desist and educated him regarding high water marks and WV law. I will fish there this weekend.

I've worked for some of these rich bastards all along the east shore of Lake Washington. Most were ok., a couple pretty nice, but the majority are a real pain. Smug, self-centered, entitled, arrogant pricks.

Ron you ought to check to see if he planted those plants by his dock. Probably not native to the lake. Fish and Game may make him remove his plants. makes for better fishing by his dock.

You’re in the water you’re completely legal. If you accessed The water by public access or public property, your legal as well. If you were pulled up on his property and beached your own private property, which I’m sure you didn’t do. I get people trespassing all the time on my property. I learned that you do not have a confrontation and just film them or you’ll get into trouble when you’re not in trouble. Next time don’t say a word and film them and then call the DNR in the sheriff on them so they get a harassment citation. When you start arguing with them, you lost the battle trust me I’ve been through it. You’ll end up getting a ticket when you’re not doing anything wrong or starting an argument.

money don't make you God how can he put a structure on the water isn't that an obstruction of the passage along the shore the edge of the water should not be impeded by a man made structure and if it does you should be able to cross it with out permission. it's like if I wanted to stop boats from going up and down the river I could just build a dock across the river money don't give you extra privilege it just makes you feel like it
