Damn bro that's so cool! To bad you hit that tire. How much you think it would cost to get a car going in the regular class? (Starting from no car)
@WizardRacing2 жыл бұрын
It depends on how much you have to pay for the car. For all safety Race gear and a roll cage about 1000
@Trainlover19952 жыл бұрын
I wish the Cup Series looked like these cars. Or at least the idea of these cars, in that they're basically stock. But no, NASCAR is a slave to the idea of "parity".

The gear ratio from the control wheel to the actual gate must be nuts.
@russellking97622 жыл бұрын
it has to close slowly like this…because of the potential likelihood of damage to the components through ’water hammer’…..as this valve is being closed another valve is being opened to direct the water into another chamber to dissipate the kinetic energy of the water charging downhill inside the penstock
@andybaldman2 жыл бұрын
I don’t think that was the point.

Here's an idea: Make that powerful jet of water rotate a wheel which will turn a generator which will produce electricity...
@whiteknightcat3 жыл бұрын
BRILLIANT! And then, after it's run through the turbine blades, you could shoot it out of a huge pipe, maybe with a thing in it that looks like the tip of a jet engine!
@yyyyy3543 жыл бұрын
And for the turbine design, since the water happen to be rather high in velocity, let's use Pelton turbine to harness power efficiently!

So that's how it's done? Guy turns a big wheel and the water just shuts off? Geez, what won't they think of next?

That looks like a big jet engine with full afterburner but with water!
@SahitDagani3 жыл бұрын
Even though it's fully closed the water keeps gushing out, the pressure is just immense!
