Don't eat this especially if you have a sensitivity to kidney stones 100grams contains 1090 mg of oxcelate we should not get more that 100 to 200 of oxcelates per day never mind from one food. This could be dangerous.

The amount of work shown here, not to mention the inevitable cleanup, makes me believe it would be a better use of my time to buy a juicer.

You could have written this on the thumbnail "to use a pressure cooker, refer to the manual provided by the manufacturer". It saves everyone time not to bother with this useless video

I love this! It's not condescending, it's informative, and provides so much useful information in a measly 2.5 minutes. Nicely done!

There's like no agreement on this. Some sites say .7g is a dash, and chronometer says .4g is a dash (2 pinches?).

I have lots of this growing in my garden growing wild , I use the leaves but had no idea the seeds are good eats . I'm certainly going to plant more trees just for the grain . As I'm off of gluten and looking for substitute that isn't so expensive

Thanks a bunch! I sort of knew it, and didn't know it. Sometimes, after the meat is cooked/fried/grilled etc. It's hard to tell where the said "grain" is 🙂
