I tried it. Turned out a bit denser than the regular dhokla which is lighter and fluffy. The taste is awesome though. Where did I go wrong?

Could be fermentation factor...in that case use eno for better results

This recipe looks AWESOME! Maida in English is Flour, Capsicum is Bell Peppers. I do not think you meant 2 Tablespoons of Cornflour but rather you meant 2 tbsp of Cornstarch, right?
