Just sharing this to everybody. Post-Expose Instead applying emulsion hardener.. Instead of using an emulsion hardener to make your stencil stronger, you can simply post-expose your screens. This will make your stencil harder because what you are doing is basically letting the emulsion burn more. You can post-expose your screen by putting it back into your exposure unit or somewhere where it will be exposed to direct sunlight. Do this for about 3-5 times longer than your original exposure time. Post-exposing your screens instead of using hardeners will also allow you to reclaim your screens after the print job and will save a lot of money for your business.
