Instead of eliminating guns lets have every gun owner and eligible household members first be required to be trained by professionals in firearm safety and usage! What he proposes is removing cars away from drivers because there are accidents. Ignorance begets ignorance in the words of a pacifist. Every capable, responsible individual has a God given right to arm and defend themselves against armed and dangerous criminals and too, to feed themselves (if need be). People who are far removed from dangerous people and enviornments should never have the last word on how others 'ought' to live. There is no idealism in our world. Truth be told, injuries are the leading cause of death in toddlers under 4 years of age. Drowning is the leading cause of death in children up to 4 years of age in home pool and larger areas of water. Each year 100 children (toddler years up to teenage years), are killed and another 254,000 are seriously injured, in bycycling accidents. Yearly, 2,000 children, 1-14 years old die as a result of home accidents, which the leading cause of birth to one year old deaths is due to suffocation. Every single day, 8,000 children are admitted to the ER due to non fatal fall related injuries. CDC records show 12,000 deaths yearly due to unintentional injuries. Shall we just stop procreating because children are SO VULNERABLE to death and injury! Shall we ban hot dogs, bikes, grapes, bath tubs, steps, ladders, chairs, apples, ice covered pathways, cars because of the dangers they impose?! We have ideological illogical people who insist on creating laws they believe will 'cure' the fate driven mankind. You cannot out law criminals. That is why they are out (of the boundaries of law) laws!!! But, when caught, it is supposed to be the fair and (unjust legal system funded by George Sorros so as to create national havoc) just system that WAS ORIGINALLY intended to protect law abiding American citizens against unlawful individuals from harming them.

There "may be" deformities or non-viable...what's the definition of "viable" and what's the standard of deformities? "The baby's hand doesn't look right...yeah let's let it die." The stupidity of this is when he says that men shouldn't be telling a woman what to do with her body. You are literally talking about DELIVERING A BABY and you are still describing it as a "woman's body." What a disgusting comment.

So the bill by Delegate Kathy Tran wanted to remove all restrictions including allowing abortion up to the point of dilation. That is a fact. He said "MAY have deformities or MAY not be viable"... my question is about informed consent. Why have a discussion after the baby is born? We are talking about a late term abortion.... where the baby is partially delivered then is shredded into pieces after a knife is jammed into its neck. Of course it wont be viable after that. WTF?? So with informed consent... would the procedure be described and explained before hand? and if the child survived all that... why discuss it now? That should have been decided before the procedure as informed consent.
