He's one of the best street food cooks I've seen. He's like a gourmet Chef specializing in egg dishes. He's humble, neat looking and while working. Understandably his cart is old. I can eat his not spicy Omelette only which is perfectly cooked, nice color and not burnt. Good luck to him because he's earning a very Honest Living.

Food cart should be covered atleast three sides so that dust do not fall on the food stuff. Can be prepared in a hygenic place.
