Mafia 4 in sicilia, great, the heart of the mafia and their activities. The dirty work around the mafia in vegas didn't happen in Vegas mostly, its pretty much against what the mafia done there they wanted no heat in vegas as it would mess with their cash flow. If you want mafia vegas it should be more focused on the 1940's, 1950's etc when they really got it off the ground and have bugsy siegel etc, could incorporate the LA mafia family (dragna mob) and micky cohen, so theirs links to the city of lost heaven (Chicago outfit) and empire bay (Ny families).
