You call this steep? Come to Venghnuai, Aizawl, Mizoram in India. You'll find the probably steepest road in the world. Vehicles need good brakes especially while moving downhill.

Something about the 80's here, looks like an interesting ride for sure...The area doesn't even look recognisable now, very dull now for what would be expected as of now...I couldn't but imagine using a skateboard, BMX or a wheelchair over that....The 10 year in me saw that by watching this...
