Bay area home prices are just shockingly ridiculous to me. $733k gets you 1 acre with 3500-5000sq/ft luxury home with a 3 car garage, pool here in the midwest. I just dont get Cali living. I used to live in Half Moon Bay in the late 80s -90. My mortgage is still less than i was paying in cali 35 years ago

Hi Robert, With the market constantly fluctuating, it all depends. For a home at this caliber, square footage and an ADU my estimate would be between $1.9 - $1.2 million

Was born and raised in Hollister and honestly keep the city slickers out of my hometown. They're just driving the prices up and everything else. If they want to find a nice place to live tell them to go out of state

Hey Robert 👋 I also live here in Hollister. The further north you travel prices are likely to increase due to the demand of housing in that area. I do come across a good amount of people from San Jose Morgan, Hill, and Gilroy looking to relocate to Hollister due to affordability. Hollister itself is growing at a rapid pace, so many new businesses are being built.
