Just finished the test drive and I’m super impressed with how they brake! Now I need to put on the rear disc brakes for maximum stopping power during the next weather break.

Curious to hear how it handles corners and crosswinds. . My van came lifted, but feels like it wants to tip over around corners or in a stiff wind. Wondering if reducing the lift would help.

@MaxKayaks just got back from a nice long drive on both gravel roads and paved all bumpy of course and it rides fantastic! Hardly any body roll while cornering at speed that I could feel and smooth over every bump we hit. I have a bunch of adjustment left in the shocks for ride comfort but it’s better than it was already.

I agree 100% it’s getting closer to my end goal with where I want it to be.

Yes I guess I could but I live a block away from the Kenai River and my cute little town has a couple hundred thousand people here for fishing season. Camping spots are currently hard to come by around here for the next couple weeks but I’m definitely looking forward to camping ASAP

That’s further north than where I live in Alaska, this state is enormous. The sun dips just behind the mountains across the Cook Inlet so we get a couple hours of kind of dark here this time of year

The first summer I lived here I’m not sure if I actually slept especially from May to August since it really doesn’t get dark in June and July. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms are a must for me 😊

I definitely have fun seeing what I can cook in the mini waffle maker. Yes any loss of power is brutal especially when there’s lots of hills around I already have to downshift on.

Bear loves camping for sure. I like the quiet while I’m out camping and try to always respect others if they are near.
