Say you have an old set of gears, what would be the max tolerance that you are able to shim on Vespa P axle, and PX axle? I know the max play (when shimmed), should be between 0,15 and 0,4. But what would be the maximum thickness/mm shims you can use on P/PX, before you have to conclude 1 or more of the gears is too much worn.

Statt Spiritus würde ich entmineralisiertes Wasser als letzten Spülgang empfehlen. Alternativ Isopropanol. Grund: Spiritus ist vergälltes Ethanol - als Vergällungsmittel kommt meist Denatoniumbenzoat zur Anwendung. Dieses Vergällungsmittel kann *_nicht_* verdampfen und verbleibt auf der Oberfläche. Auch wenn man es dem Scheinwerfer von außen wahrscheinlich nicht ansehen kann, ist Spiritus nicht ganz Rückstandsfrei.

Beim Arbeiten mit Buzil Erol Reiniger sollte man Handschuhe und eine Brille tragen. Gefahrenhinweis des Herstellers: Verursacht schwere Verätzungen der Haut und schwere Augenschäden. Better safe than sorry...
