Can you give me any info on how to remove the size adapter in the center of the chainring? I am putting it on a one piece crank but it seems to be stuck on there pretty solid I don’t see any way to remove it other than maybe with a punch. Is that how I should do it? Or is there a simpler method? Any help would be majorly appreciate I can’t find any info on how to take those out of these chainrings

I put a full couple of turns on every spoke from the end of the thread and then two full turns on the drive side so when I’ve got a reasonable tension the dish should be close to centre.
