Look, who ever is seeing this, contact the cc company individually, try and work out a deal paying the principal only, less late charges, less finance charges, etc. DO NOT FILE BANKRUPTCY! Gloria Eaton filed a case against LPG in the state of Georgia. We need to file a class action lawsuit where anyone in the U.S. can add their name to the lawsuit. Even though,a judge decided it was ok for LPG to file bankruptcy, before learning all of the damage they had done to people and their credit, LPG’s breach of contract entailed, basically fraudulent in every way. need a firm to fight for us not only for monetary damages, but mental abuse, mental aggravation, loss of life (one man committed suicide because of his outstanding debt), I could go on and on. My question to you sir, is how can you sit there so calmly as if we lost a couple hundred bucks, and that’s it! LPG RUINED OUR CREDIT BECAUSE THEY NEVER CONTACTED ONE CREDITOR. In my case, even though I thought I had checked them out and LPG was BBB approved, I signed their contract. But had a gut feeling they were full of BS. I called my cc companies after .6 months and asked if they had heard from LPG and their answer was NO!LPG took my money and ruined my credit. I never talked to an attorney at LPG who practiced law in the state of Illinois, only CA and I don’t think he was even an attorney! But For 6 months, LPG told me not to answer the cc companies calls, not to open their mail, a no contact was put into place, where we could not contact them, and come to find out, LPG Never contacted our creditors either! At all! They should be put in jail! Is there a law firm out there with enough strength or the balls (sorry) to file a class action lawsuit and help people get back their lives?? LPG is a worthless group of individuals who I often wondered how they could ever sleep at night. Hurting my fellow men and women who worked hard every damn day, found themselves in a pinch and called LPG for help consolidate a few cc’s. The )10,990.09 thry owed has turned into $30,000.00 to $40,000.00 and their losing their houses, properties, savings accounts, money markets, jewelry that they wanted to pass down to their grandchildren, cars, rental properties, and the damn clothes off their backs. They even set up an ad in Facebook Facebook to look as if Ellen Degeneres was handing a couple a $10,000.00 check to help them get out of debt. All a scam! We’ve been spit on, driven to suicide, because we aren’t stupid, but we sure feel that way after learning the truth and you people are letting LPG get away without any consequences at all! Shame on you! Why don’t you try and make a positive difference in this world instead of telling people who have worked so hard for so many years, to stay with a company that took over LPG’s Clients. DO NOT GET A MATTRESS FROM MATTRESS BARN.. they use a horrible company called portfolio recovery. THEY THEMSELVES break the law in debt collection and lost a law suit for 24 million dollars. THEY HAVENT PAID A DIME AND STILL BREAK THE LAW IN DEBT COLLECTION..

I was with Coast Processing in 2019 which then became LPG; they never helped me. I'm far worse off now than I was 5 years ago and out roughly 13k. I did file a proof of claim and update they sent out paperwork this week saying that we need to vote on how to file?!? I'm so confused at this point and want to file bankruptcy myself but I can't even afford to do that! 😢 Are you able to offer advise on what to do?

I was referred to Pacific Law Group by one of your teammates. They appear to be a good fit. I had a consultation with another company and they do not contact creditors at the beginning of the process, which based on your video I am thinking that is a red flag. On their website it's a "negotiating tactic". My main concern is getting sued. Does a debt settlement company contacting creditors at the beginning of the process generally lead to decreasing the chances of being sued?

I've been enrolled in the National Debt Relief (NDR) program for over a year now and have been very happy with them. I have one account with NDR that they use to pay my creditors and most of my credit accounts have now been settled, several now paid in full (the settlement amount) and all of those accounts closed. Yes, it hits your credit score but after successful completion of the program, you can begin rebuilding your credit once again...carefully and wisely so you never get into debt again. I was served with the papers from one creditor that they were suing me and gave me notice of when to report to the court. That very same day, I received a letter in the mail that the creditor had withdrawn the lawsuit because NDR had made a settlement with them and we've begun paying on that. Every single person that I've dealt with at NDR has been outstanding, very professional, caring and helped me in this journey to become debt free. Yes, it's scary initially when you stop your payments and begin being hounded by your creditors, but you simply block those calls and just stay in constant contact with NDR when you receive any threatening letters from your creditors who are sending your account to a debt collector. If you are serious about wanting to get out of debt, I can't recommend NDR high enough. They've been wonderful and the money I was spending trying to keep from drowning in debt is now helping me to buy groceries and gas. I'm a widow on a tight fixed income and would have gone bankrupt and/or possibly lost my home had I continued trying to pay my monthly credit cards. It was insane and now I feel very much at peace knowing that NDR has reached settlement agreements with all of my creditors and they are being paid back. I didn't want bankruptcy because I owed that debt and wanted it paid back but when I became disabled, I was drowning in debt and the monthly payments. I feel like I can breath again. I hope this helps those who are on the fence about NDR.
