Very confused by the previous comment but what a great start on those herbs! I’m sure they’ll be huge by end of summer! I didn’t realize until I started growing my own how much more flavorful they are compared to store bought. Nothing compares to growing your own food. In today’s digital world, it feel so fulfilling & reminds us, “Oh, this is what we are meant to do as humans!”

I've season all my new skillets with a full pack of bacon... Roll that oil all the way around to the edges ... Let it sit for a little while on warm.Then clean with water and salt.Coat with bacon grease. Nothing ever sticks.

Absolutely make ahead yes. Just create your meatballs, skewer them with dough and cover and refrigerate til u want to bake them. Butter them up and in the oven. Thanks for watching.
