Great information. It's also one of the reasons I tend to work in stages when people want full lips. I will put in a little bit at a time (1/4-1/2 or so) every few weeks to build up that lip. I also take my time when I inject to ensure that the technique is proper and the result is a favourable one Interested though about which brands are more water content.

I just had lip filler for the 1st time a week ago tomorrow. I like it so far, but I seem to be healing faster on the left than the right side of my mouth? Is it to be expected. I was told to wait 2 weeks to let the swelling completely go away and the filler to settle a bit before contacting them.

This explains so much about why my cheek filler result really wasn’t the best. I knew what I wanted but got peer pressured by the injector to do what you described in this video as feminine cheeks filler. I suppose it’s because that’s all they really knew. Next time I’m literally going to make sure my injector agrees with this video or I’ll go elsewhere

I love these 2 products: slightly hyper diluted radiesse for high movement areas ( neck and nasal folds) and sculpta for temples and pre auricular to help regain some fat I lost after weight loss! Would be a waste to use them with micro needling though!

Thank you 😊 Yes, I would imagine the result of microneedling those would be a bit like scleroderma because you're not allowing the fibroblasts to make both collagen and elastin at the same time. Microneedling that stuff would probably encourage more of a webbed scarring response. What about mesotherapy though? Using plla for meso? I wouldn't use radiesse for meso because of the hydroxyapatite.
