I really like the clover dogs but I have never seen one that was heavy clover bred that didn't have some kind of qwerk! They bark in the box,chew on box,crap and pee in their feed bowls,bark at plastic bags blowing across the yard! Just a few examples! The more you make up with them seems the better they perform! When he talks about the dog chewing up the box I can totally relate! I still like that line of dogs though! I like the clover dogs with a little Fred! The thing I like about Dillan little whitey dog is that he seems to throw dogs better than he is , not that he's bad cause I like him!

I live in some pretty mountainous terrain in the upstate of South Carolina. I've been looking at the dogtra systems but didn't know how well they would do hunting where phone service is nonexistent. Anybody got any feedback on this?
@stark_outdoors4 күн бұрын
Dogtra doesn’t operate using cell service. You don’t need cell signal for it to work.

Clayton do you start pups for the public? Or do you know anyone that you could recommend
@stark_outdoors4 күн бұрын
I do but I am full. I don’t really know anyone that hunts for the public. All the people I know that don’t already have someone they hunt for and I don’t really know of anyone reliable I’d recommend.

I sure do like ol' Tony, he's gonna be a good one for sure. Talkin about startin Tony in a wheat field, let me tell ya a story. Last summer one evening after they ran the wheat off I was driving down the road by my house about dusk and I saw a couple coon's grubbing for grain, then I saw a few more and a few more. I had to stop the truck, let me tell ya I have never seen so many coon's in one place. There musta been a hundred or more scattered all over that little 7 acre field. Every where I looked there were coon's. I'll never forget that sight. I'm still looking to find myself a pup out of Country Club, seems like it's gonna be a challenge. Keep the awesome videos coming.

@stark_outdoors4 күн бұрын
Yeah I had an old one. I honestly wouldn’t spend the money on one of those. I didn’t like the video or audio of the older ones. Cell phones are better. I filmed this one with the DJI osmo pocket three. I’d look at that if I were you.

@stark_outdoors that 1st tree leaning on the edge of that creek looked pretty steep and deep? Do you cross many of them to get to him sometimes? Here in South LA in some spots those would be filled with gators. I don't hunt them until winter. Lol
@stark_outdoors4 күн бұрын
@@billydwyer801 it was only about 10 foot deep and not really. Most woods I hunt only have one or less in it and usually doesn’t hold too much water.
@billydwyer8014 күн бұрын
@stark_outdoors gotcha. That's ideal.. I wish I had that her. I had to hustle the the 580 yrds last nite to get mine because it's so hot and not a drop of water to be found except what I brought into the tree. And if I hunt her down by the river she won't be alone I'm afraid lol
