Hi Louise - we know Arizona, we're not too sure about what critters are crawling around in Austin! I'd recommend calling our friend Ricky Cain at 512-675-7653 for a referral of a knowledgeable Austin pest control expert to answer that question. Tell him the Klaus Team referred you!

The mega engineering of 5 states and numerous rivers etc infrastructure makes me proud to be American. Too bad all those awesome engineers are long gone. No new ideas just maintenance. We're a generation of caretakers. Hope it doesn't fall apart

Well done and good information. I'll bite my tongue on the speculation of Federal Reserve control of rates but all in all good information on consumer behavior more so in an election year.
@scottkooiman377613 күн бұрын
I understand - We just noted that it's interested that there is a pretty consistent correlation between the lead up to elections and rate decreases 🤣😂

This was a fun topic. Sneakers are a big deal.. I think the funniest thing is using Ikea shelves for them. A very economical storage solution for expensive shoes.

Sneakers are definitely a big deal, and using Ikea shelves is such a clever and budget-friendly way to store them! 😄

If you think someone can afford a $2500 house payment on 67k, ya'll are leading the sheep the slaughter. You can't qualify for a $2500 rent payment on 67k either.. lol I wish the feds would jump in and mandate that 30% of gross income is the maximum banks can go on these loans.. When we were qualifying for our house they put it at 45% of gross which was super stupid but first time home buyers mistakenly believe that if they qualify for the loan, they can afford it. Ya'll should be way more upfront with the people about what they can actually AFFORD.

Great conversation Scott and Steve 🏠14:28 To afford a $5450/month home loan, you need a household income of $150,000/year or more, with first-time home buyers in 2023 having a median age of 32, a household income of $97,000, a FICO score of 728, and an average down payment.

1st time home buyer(s) have many choices...they just have to be willing to make a choice.
