YES, it can. Zenzefi only need to work with newer model: W167 W213 W223 W206 as 2021

all of the video is fine, but missing the most critical part: setting the COM port in the PC (the ISTA part is easy). The ethernet has to connect to COM1 and my laptop did not automatically "see" the ethernet connection - which under the IPV4 properties MUST BE SET to 169.254.1.1 and subnet mask of 255.255.0.0; so I have tried to create a "soft" COM1 part, but I still cannot complete identification on the Operations tab w/o getting the check cable or PAD error message. Ideas? Thanks!

Which Diagnostic tool do you work with this software? With Icom A1 A2 A3 and Next, it connect automatically.

@@CarSoftzChannel ISTA+ 4.47.20. Only option for me in my laptop is ethernet, so ENET cable. So far, it does NOT auto connect. No idea why.
