Hello question I have iPad connected to volt 2 but I only can hear my guitar but I would like to listen the music from KZfaq how can I connect or do the setting thank you in advance

Turn "direct" monitoring on via the front of your Volt. This will allow you to hear your guitar. Then adjust your volume using the knob above the headphone jack. You can leave the "monitor" knob alone unless you're connected to speakers.

I have a important question bro please help me 😭 🙏🏻 When I increase the gain to the end and no microphone is connected, a hissing sound comes into the headphones. Is that normal or my volt1 sound card broken?😔💔

@@tothesoil7297 Yes, the WA-47 in this example came off a little muddy. I’m going to re-test after a tube swap. I’m concerned that the tube wasn’t performing optimally which is why I was delaying the results. Warm sent me a new tube and I’ll hit the ground running w/ tests again when that arrives ;)

Telefunken TF47 price is between 2050-2200€ when WA47 is around 700-850€ in Europe. From my understanding both of them use a chinese capsule. The WA47 can be improved by changing some components from the circuit with ones of higher quality and for sure its sound will slightly improve even more. My personal opinion is that 2.1k € are better invested in a b-stock Neumann U87, M147 or Gefell M92.1 or M990 which are from another league.

Nice video. I am going to snab one of these up for sure. Good job on the singing too brother! keep it up. I am currently using the Scarlet but need to replace it. I don't like the fact that the Scarlet I have doesn't let you control the Headphone Volume and Monitor Volume. It only has one knob and it controls both. Looks like the Universal Audio Volt 1 has the capability to control both. thanks again. Keep up the good work!

U happy with it? I have the focusrite scarlett solo and im very unhappy with it. I get crackling and so on and its just a messy interface overall, it needed 1 hour to set it up in the DAW. I will get the UA Volt 1 i guess.

Seems like a matter of taste and budget overall. I loved the clarity/detail I immediately heard on the TF47. So for me, I’d drop the extra dollars for it Great comparison vid and great vocals!!

I've never tried to market my music. Who knows where it could've gone haha. I appreciate the faith though. I took a step back for a year or so... maybe I'll start back up again. It seems life has calmed down finally 🙂

The WA is better handling the highs and the TF mids but the WA can also handle the mids basically the TF is more broad the WA is dreamy… 🔥🔥🔥 can’t lose either way but I would go with WA

Dreamy is a good descriptor! I agree. I almost felt like the TF added a distortion to the mids to get it to sound that way.

You can literally hear the fizz from the cheap Chinese cap in the Warm Audio at around 8k. I haven't watched the whole video but if you got rid of the TF47 then you're fucking potty and haven't got a clue what you're doing. The TF47 is very close to a U47 providing you use a decent preamp.
