Le Samourai is undoubtedly an excellent, very cool film but his most personal film and personal favourite - for he had fought in the resistance during the war - is his masterpiece L'Armee Des Omres (Army of Shadows). I urge everybody to watch it.

"The fact that all of my classmates had become card-carrying members of the Hitlerjugend had in no way affected our relationship. Those who were close to me before they joined the Jungvolk remained so afterward. We continued to play and have fun together & visit each other's homes as if nothing had changed." ~ from "Destined to Witness," Growing up Black in Not-See Germany Hans Massaquoi Yup, National Socialists did not even have segregation even if non-Aryans were restricted to skilled trades.

@ultramagnusone Im sure the middle class and upper class blacks would disagree with me. But the millions of blacks and coloured living in poverty wouldnt. Although many of the poor blacks are uneducated and vote blindly for the ANC. Crime is out of controll and is way worse than it was that is a fact. The country is now corrupt

@Orthodox123456 You should not wonder, because that is not what the interviewer asked Mr. Davis. Miles answered the mans question, why would he play for people that are oppressing his people. And why would he play for white people that think he is garbage?
